TRAINING ON STATISTICAL PROCESS CONTROL (SPC)

Process monitoring by the use of measurement equipment.

OBJECTIVE

Train supervision and operation staff the concept of statistical process control (SPC). Make internal staff able to understand the concept of variation and capability of a process. Support the production staff by implementing and maintaining of control charts. Be able to understand and interpret the results of various statistical studies, to ensure adequate corrective actions. Have to skills necessary to ensure the maintenance of statistical process control in the factory.

 

TRAINING CONTENT

  • Introduction to statistical process control (SPC);
  • Concept of variation in a process;
  • Available tools to analyze the behavior of a process;
  • Evaluation of the preliminary process capability (Pp, Ppk).;
  • Presentation and training on various control charts (measurable or by attributes);
  • Analyzing process behavior;
  • Presentation of the indicators to evaluate the capability of a continuous process (Cp, Cpk, CPU, CPL).

TARGET AUDIENCE             

Managers, coordinators, quality control specialist, technical department, TS 16949 specialist.
